  • We agree to provide security services as specified in your service agreement

  • Installation and maintenance will be performed by qualified technicians

  • 24/7 monitoring services are subject to separate monitoring agreements

 

2.2 Customer Obligations

  • Provide accurate information for service delivery

  • Maintain power and internet connectivity for system operation

  • Allow reasonable access for installation and maintenance

  • Notify us of any system issues promptly

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Fees and Charges

  • Payment required as per agreed payment schedule

  • Monitoring fees billed monthly in advance

  • Late payments may result in service suspension

 

3.2 Price Changes

  • 30 days notice for any price changes

  • Changes apply at next billing cycle

4. Equipment and Installation

4.1 Ownership

  • Equipment remains company property until fully paid

  • Installation warranty as per warranty terms

  • Manufacturer warranties apply to equipment

 

4.2 Maintenance

  • Regular maintenance required for warranty validity

  • Additional charges for non-warranty service calls

5. Monitoring Services

5.1 Response Procedures

  • Response protocols as per monitoring agreement

  • False alarm charges may apply

  • Emergency service notification at our discretion

 

5.2 Service Availability

  • System maintenance windows as notified

  • No liability for network/power outages

  • Best-effort service restoration

6. Liability and Indemnification

6.1 Limitation of Liability

  • Maximum liability limited to service fees paid

  • No liability for consequential losses

  • Force majeure exclusions apply

 

6.2 Insurance

  • Customer responsible for adequate insurance

  • Our insurance details available on request

7. Privacy and Data

7.1 Data Collection

  • Information collected as per Privacy Policy

  • Security footage handled as per agreements

  • Data retention as required by law

 

7.2 Confidentiality

  • All customer information treated as confidential

  • Disclosure only as legally required

8. Termination

8.1 Termination Rights

  • Notice period as per service agreement

  • Early termination fees may apply

  • Equipment removal charges applicable

 

8.2 Post-Termination

  • System deactivation procedures

  • Final payment requirements

  • Equipment return process

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance.
